Highly Trained Leaders and Passionate Instructors

Mike Parker, founder of SPE Dive School, LLC and Master Instructor since 1972, directs all instructors and staff.

All staff instructors are graduates of SPE Dive School and DC-area professionals, just like our students. Staff members include hyperbaric chamber technicians, medical professionals, computer programmers, consultants, attorneys, artists, writers, and a George Washington University professor.

SPE instructors are highly trained, caring, and passionate teachers who love to pass on their SCUBA knowledge to students.
